Data we store
Quote requests and support tickets store the details you submit and any attachments. Attachments are stored on CinePath internal storage and access is restricted to staff assigned to fulfil your request.
We store minimal information required to respond and provide support. If you want deletion of an enquiry, use the support portal and request it.
Session cookies
The support portal uses authentication cookies issued by the CinePath auth service. These are required for access control.
This marketing site does not set tracking cookies. We DO NOT track activity across any NON-CINEPATH site. Newsletter signup stores your email in a mailing list on CinePath storage.
Security
File uploads for tickets and quote requests are scanned by an internal antivirus service before being stored. Uploads that fail scanning are rejected and deleted immidiately.
